The " Gruppo Sbandieratori Tamburini e Chiarine di Sarteano " is born completely like independent association in 1995, although its origins are deeper. Until that date, in fact, they were grouped for little seasonal appointments, boys of various quarter under the standards of the Central Committee of the Giostra of the Saracino. After years of fortunate exhibitions, although extemporaneous, finally they discover enormous potentialities and are decided to establish a new organization.

To the ancient magic of the Giostra of the Saracino and the historical procession of 15 August it is placed side by side, therefore, an other more and more entusiasmante medieval show. The elegance and the magic of the ancient art of the flag render the exercises of "Gruppo S.T.C. di Sarteano " practically unique of it's kind.
